Is the site secure and are my transactions protected?

Yes, our site that handles your payment transactions, employs 128-bit encryption of data sent to and from the site cannot be intercepted and read by others. This is currently one of the highest levels of encryption available. (Encryption scrambles the data that is sent on the line to stop people who may try to tap into or hack into Internet communications). The yellow padlock on the bottom of the browser page indicates that the site is secure. The web address "https://www" signifies that the members are accessing a secured address (unsecured addresses start with "http://")

Please check the encryption of your browser software by moving the mouse cursor on the golden padlock. If it shows any figure less than 128K, we strongly recommend that you use other methods for conveying your credit card details to us, or, upgrade your internet browser software to the latest version which are capable of handling 128K encryption.

Having difficulties with making a remittance?

Please note that this level of encryption may not work with older versions of internet software, if you are experiencing difficulties send an email to our systems manager on giving details of the problem and provide full details of the software and version you are using to access our site. Please include your phone contact details.
